For retailers
Who can buy wholesale?
Licensed businesses: beauty stores, salons, spas, lash and brow studios, online retailers and distributors. Smaller stores can order on Faire; larger accounts can apply for a direct account with a seller's permit or resale certificate.
Can I see prices before applying?
Yes. The public catalog shows suggested retail prices (MSRP). Wholesale prices appear after your account is approved and you log in.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We buy directly from the brands we represent. We are the exclusive U.S. distributor for CALLAS, DEARDERM, Feather, Hwido, HYSSOP and Suwall, and an official U.S. distributor for our other brands.
Why does U.S. labeling matter?
Products made for the Korean market can carry Korean-only labels, different formulas or older lots. Selling them can put a retailer at risk with customers, marketplaces and regulators. Our products are imported for the U.S. market with English labeling.
Where do orders ship from?
California. We ship to retailers across the U.S. and serve customers throughout North and South America, including Canada, Mexico, Ecuador and Costa Rica.
Can I sell your brands online or on marketplaces?
Each brand sets its own channel rules. Some run their own Amazon stores in the U.S., and some have specific channel requirements in markets like Mexico. Ask us about the brands you plan to sell online and we will confirm what is allowed.
For Korean brands
What does a Korean brand need to sell in the U.S.?
Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), cosmetics sold in the U.S. need FDA facility registration and product listing, a U.S. responsible person, English labeling with a full ingredient list, safety substantiation records and serious adverse event reporting. Sunscreens and some other products are regulated as over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, with stricter rules. We guide our brand partners through these requirements; the brand completes its own MoCRA filings and keeps the documentation.
Do you offer exclusive distribution?
Yes. Many of our partnerships are exclusive U.S. distribution agreements. Each brand has different needs in each market, so we tailor territory, channels and terms to the brand.
